Using Reflexology and a holistic approach to health to support you mentally and physically with conception. Reflexology can be used to support ovulation, reduce pregnancy-associated discomforts and eventually help with a natural labour.
Regular sessions will have a focus on the endocrine and reproductive systems to balance hormones, supporting fertility as well as oestrogen-dominant conditions such as fibroids or endometriosis.
