Im a Pre and post natal specialist fitness coach with a BSC Hons degree in nutrition and exercise and over 20 years experience in the health and fitness industry.
I'm also a mum of two!
When my son Ethan was born via emergency c section I became acutely aware or how little support there is for women's recovering post birth let alone their return to exercise
I set up Tough Mothers London because I'm passionate about Wanting to help women feel empowered when it comes to exercise, especially in one of the most amazing times in their life- motherhood!
So many women are eager to continue to exercise during pregnancy or return to the gym after having a baby, but feel overwhelmed with what to do, what not to do, how to progress, how to regress and knowing how to listen to their body during such a vulnerable time.
Having a baby is a big deal and the body is adapting and transitioning with each precious week!
I train women to be strong and Motherhood ready by focusing on pelvic and core strength and motherhood movement patterns.
